Winterfest Registration

I acknowledge that blacksmithing and related activities are inherently dangerous and involve risks and dangers to participants and spectators that may result in serious injury or death. In deciding to attend the Winterfest 2024 Conference, I have considered these risks and I knowingly assume them. I agree that I am responsible for my own safety during the Conference, including wearing appropriate clothing and protective gear including safety glasses and remaining a safe distance from all dangerous activities. I agree to hold the Arizona Artist Blacksmith Association (AABA), Pima County and its districts, members or employees of AABA and Sculpture Tucson, and any others involved in the Winterfest 2024 Conference harmless from liability and expenses arising from my own actions or omissions. I agree that my admission to the Winterfest 2024 Conference constitutes agreement with this Acknowledgment and Acceptance by signing this form or registering online. Furthermore, I accept the following cancellation policy and agree to be bound by its terms. I understand there are no refunds except in cases of significant financial hardship. Any request for a refund MUST be submitted in writing (or email) to AABA postmarked (or emailed) by December 19, 2024 with the reason clearly identified. Refund requests will be reviewed for elgibililty on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, I agree to abide by and follow at all times, the mask requirements, if any, imposed by Pima County for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19. AABA does not have the facilities to ship entries. AABA cannot accept lilability for gallery entries.
